printing blank page from parallels 11

hi am using parallels 11 running windows 7 32bit and am having issues with printing. have used all troubleshooting suggestions i can find but to no avail.
Have installed Bonjour as recommended and yes printer works however pages all print blank...any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue for Parallels 17 for a Kyocera printer user reports blank prints, going to check the driver they are using and see if we need to change it.
