Printing from Microsoft Word in Parallels 3.0

I have a Kodak printer and when I try to print from Microsoft Word in Parallels 3.0, it either doesn't work or prints out with accents. Apostrophes (') come out as i's with ^'s. There are also some other issues similar to that when I try to print.

Do you have a current driver installed in Windows for this printer? Does a Test Print from the Printer Properties print properly? (try saying that 10 times fast ;-)

yes i updated the driver in both windows and os; the test print works, it is just printing from a word document

Sounds like it is installed properly. Can you print from any other Windows app?

I don't know if there are any specific PD issues regarding this printer but you might search the KB. If the printer is installed properly you might dig into the Word printer dialog and make sure it isn't sending postscript or something incompatible.

It cannot print from IE at all. What is the KB?
