Printing full list in Explorer (Snagit for VM?)

I have a tool called snagit for MacOS that lets me do a screencapture of the full extents of a window even if it is not visible to me on my screen. it is fantastic.

However, I am having a problem figuring out how to do this for a very large list in Explorer in Windows 7.

Does anyone know how to get this info to my printer in a way that doesn't involve multiple sets of screenshots?

Can I please ask you about something slightly related? I mean, assuming I have Parallels Configured to "access windows folders from Mac" - can you help me with where and how I should be doing this? I mean, WHERE do I access windows folders from the Mac when I have this setting enabled as below? Can I get to a FOLDER that resides on the VM in the My Documents folder from Mac Finder? If so, how do I get there and if I can get there shouldn't the Mac version of Snagit work for me in this windows folder that is being shared with the mac...?

if you access a directory on VM via Finder - sure you will be able to capture the screenshot from Finder. Windows partition should be mounted to your Mac desktop while the VM is running. Please check the desktop
