Printing issues with HP 3150

I recently purchased a HP laserjet 3150. On the windows side the driver selected is 3011/3150, Mac side the driver is 3010.

It will print fine on the windows side, however you need to suspend/exit out of Parallels to print on the MAC side

appreciate any guidance.
