printouts are in portrait while printing is set to landscape

Hello,

Some printers printouts are in portrait while printing is set to landscape.

printer: ricoh 5501
printer's driver: up to date
2x client for windows: 10.5.1323
2X Application server XG: 10.5.1327

This probblem appears also on some other printer

are you printing using specific page sizes?

under options > advanced settings. what is set for redirect vendor paperr sizes and raw printing support?
