prl_cc.exe is locking my files

It has happened several times now that I want to delete or rename a folder in Windows (as guest under mac os parallels) and that I can't do it because the files are locked.

When checking out with Process Explorer, I find out that prl_cc.exe is the one locking those files, and those locks do not seem to disappear.

1. Why is Parallels locking my files?
2. Is there a way to disable it?
3. Is it ok to kill the prl_cc.exe process in order to get the files unlocked (this works, but is it ok?)

Dirk.
