    Hi,

    I've been using parralles Desktop for some years now, but I have never been able to solve this problem: it has been in every version and now still in version 12:

    After using the VM for some time (a couple of days) the prl_disp_service starts to run at 120% CPU, I then have to reboot the VM and the CPU usage is back to normal. Restarting the Parallels APP does NOT solve the issue, so it seems to be a guest related problem. The windows guest performance monitor show 24% CPU usage ...

    Any idea what could cause this behaviour ? This draining my battery life of course ...

    Thank you

    Hi, found this:
    1.Quit from Parallels Desktop
    2. Open Terminal.app and

    execute these commands:

    cd /Users/username/Library/Logs/CrashReporter

    tar czf ~/Desktop/MobileDevice.tgz MobileDevice

    mv MobileDevice MobileDevice.old

    where username is the name of your Mac user.

    3. Open Parallels Desktop and check the issue

    Have you already try it?

    $ cd /Users/benjamin/Library/Logs/CrashReporter
    -bash: cd: /Users/benjamin/Library/Logs/CrashReporter: No such file or directory

    I'm on Sierra

    Just upgraded to P12 on macOS Sierra and now WinBlows 10 runs like a dog, with prl_disp_service @100%+. Do this -> http://kb.parallels.com/116263 ??????? WTF??????? That's a nightmare, reinstall Winblows, and possibly uninstall and reinstall P12. This product is hitting rock bottom!!
