I have noticed (over the past week) that the prl_disp_service is causing my MAC book
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), OSX EL Capitan (10.11.6) , i7, 16GB memory
to run over 100% (115% avg) and my FANS to run fast, hot and loud every time I run my windows 7 in Parallels 11 (current version updated last time 10/08/2016). Windows 7 not changed as only getting work emails. otherwise all work done on MACOSX.
When I shutdown Parallels all is back to normal.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled parallels but no difference. Run other VM OS in parallels but same situation.
I have noticed in forums that this issue has been occurring on/off since early versions of parallels.
Is there a fix that actually works ? my license runs out end of month so before I upgrade or get another I want to ensure that it is fixed prior to looking at alternatives if that is the case.
Have others had this issue ? what has fixed it?
I have not installed any applications to cause this and activity monitor indicates that the service is causing this issue.
Note: I have run a number of diagnostics to determine that issue is the service, hence the post.
Can someone at Parallels advise what the fix is ?

Hi Maqs Ahmed,
Perform the below steps as a work around & let us know how it goes.
Note : Please back up your Windows before performing the below process to avoid loss of data.
1. Quit from **Parallels Desktop**
2. Open **Terminal.app** and execute these commands:
cd /Users/username/Library/Logs/CrashReporter
tar czf ~/Desktop/MobileDevice.tgz MobileDevice
mv MobileDevice MobileDevice.old
( where username is the name of your Mac user account )
3. Open **Parallels Desktop** and check with the issue.

Your suggesting is not relevant as the files/folders are not as you suggest.
I have the following files in crashreporter folder:

prl_vm_app_2016-08-11-160743_maqsoods-MacBook-Pro.wakeups_resource.diag
or
parallels.log
parallels.log.n.gz
I have raised ID report
