prl_naptd process eats to much cpu

    Hi everyone!

    I've noticed this weird process in the activity monitor:

    why it uses so much resources and how to fix it ?

    UPD:

    it stays 100% cpu usage even after the virtual machine was turned off, and stays alive(but 0 cpu usage) after the application was shutted down.
