    Hello guys,

This is more a bug report than a support request, but I found no other place to report it.
When using two user sessions on a MacOS guest machine, I have two processes for each session, prlcopypaste and prldragndrop, that seems to be very busy fighting with each other.
They are basically eating all the available CPU, making the machine useless.

I sent technical data, with the ID 370052412, that contains notably a sample of one of those processes taken while the CPU was consumed. Don't hesitate to ask if you need more info.

    Thanks for your attention

    Jerome

  2. you might try increasing the amount of memory for the guest. Perhaps the cut/past or drag/drop actions were large, and causing an OS-x memory management thrashing in the guest, with Parallels having to arbitrate these with the host-OS?
