prlctl problems with 13?

When I am usage prlctl now I seeing problems with license for reason. With example I trie to sent EFI and get error:
prlctl set WinEFI --efi-boot on
Get:
The command is available only in Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro or Business Edition.
My version showing 'PRO EDITION' in ABOUT and I having no treouble with anything else. Seeming Terminal function broken in 13 for setting option?

Just doing a search I'm seeing multiple issues on the forum here @F.S that seem to indicate there are problems with EFI in 13 such as EFI boot being missing in the configuration options for guest vm settings now. I'm trying to see if I can find a solution (thinking they may have moved it to some obscure location), but no luck so far... Your shell usage there makes me think this might be a bigger issue than I'd first thought!
