Probelm ID 352 and fatal error occurred in the virtual machine "Windows 7"

Dear All

I have reinstalled my previous configuration using Time Machine. Parallel licence was expired therefore I have upgraded to Parallel 12. Now when I try to run Windows I have the following errors:
1) Probelm ID 352
2) fatal error occurred in the virtual machine "Windows 7"

The operative system is MacOS Sierra.

Please help me!!!!
