I am trying to convert a large VMWare image to Parallels, and keep getting this message after trying to convert selecting the .vmx file and then then the 1st .vmdk file:

This virtual machine cannot be processed because something is wrong with its configuration or the virtual hard disks it uses. Please contact the Parallels support team for assistance.

Could it be a VMware version that Transporter can't convert?

    Hi, Michael

What version of VMware do you use? Could you please generate a problem report and tell me it's number?

    Thanks.

Opening the vmware.log file in the folder, it indicates the following: VMware Workstation pid=4616 version=6.5.3 build=build-185404

The image contents weigh in at around 20GB, if that matters any.

I need a log file from Parallels software. It gives me software type, version and possible reason of error.
Please generate a problem report and tell me it's number or attach log file to message.
