Problem installing the printer driver

I'm trying to install the brother printer driver in windows, but when I install it, it says it can't find the printer (btw. it's connected to windows)

Hello, how do you connect your printer to VM? via the USB, or you're using the network printer?
Does your printer work OK on the Mac side?
