I am trying to install Windows 7 and it has been stuck in "collecting information" for over an hour. I unchecked "this product needs a key, because it didn't come with one. Anyone have a solution?

Are you trying to install Windows 7 from installation image(.iso) or from a CD/DVD?
What is the version of Parallels Desktop you have ?
Could you please share a few screenshot with us?
