Problem Outlook sync with Iphone

I use Outlook 2016 with Exchange in Parallels. But when I remove an email it won't be removed on my Iphone.
New mails are arriving as it should be.

Anyone that has a suggestion?

And you would like to remove it on your iPhone too? Right?

Ofcourse, it should sync as it supposed to do. When I delete it in Outlook it should be deleted on the phone as well.
