Problem Running Yosemite 10.10.1 on MacBook Pro and Parallels Desktop 10.1.2

I am experiencing a number of serious issues with Yosemite and Parallels (both latest versions). Is anyone else experiencing a variety of issues with these versions or is something wrong with my set-ups?
 
I was hoping the latest update to PD 10.1.2 would solve the issues, but now it seems as though things are just worse (if that is even possible). The system is usable but not much fun to use.
