Problem starting Parallels Service

When I try to open Parallels Service, it doesn't work, and I find this following message in the consol : !!!!The service "Parallels Dispatcher Service" could not start on this OS without parameter "-e"

I tried to reinstall Parallels, and restore permission but it does not work more. (Parallels 6)

So what can I do to use Parallels Service ?

Open up Terminal from Applications/Utilities and copy/paste the following command there:
sudo ls -le /Library/Preferences
