Problem upgrading Linux parallels tools

I have an Ubuntu 22.04 guest. Since I just updated Parallels, it's wanted me to upgrade the Parallels tools in the guest. Doing so fails. In attempting to post a log snippet, I get an error from Cloudflare, so I can't share the log.

 

I guess I can upload a screenshot.

 

Fetching libicu from http://ports.ubuntu.com/pool/main/i/icu/libicu60_60.2-3ubuntu3_arm64.deb and installing it appears to be the workaround.

 

Thanks @nsayer! This fixed my exact issue. Although I am very curious why I wasn't able to find that library normally through apt...
