Problem with graphic tablet WACOM GRAPHIRE4

Hello everyone,
i have a problem with my tablet wacom Graphire4

i have Vista as primary OS and some other virtual guest os :
XP - suselinux 10.3 - ubuntu 7.10 - fedora 8

if i use my tablet with virtual XP all ok, when i use it with suse or ubuntu or fedora (guest) if i move the tablet's pen , the "mouse' pointer" move so speed and not in syncro with the screen monitor.

why if i use Xp as guest the tablet is ok and with all suse distribuition i have this problem ?
someone can to help me ??


note : wacom graphire 4 is connect with usb cable.
