Problem with hiren's boot CD

I try to boot from hiren's Boot CD and use some utility on that CD with Parallels Workstation, it stop here, doesn't run any more ( Ctrl + Alt + Insert doesn't work) :

I set it " Microsoft Windows 98"

Try to use MS-DOS or Other guest OS type - it may help.
