Problem with Microsoft office 2021 installation M2 Air

Hey all,
so I installed parallels just fine windows 11 installed just fine
next I wanted to install microsoft office 2021, I have it purchased already
how it works, is that you login into microsoft account, click install, then it would let you download small setup file, you launch it locally and it installs whole office for you then activates it, standard procedure, I didn't expect any problems here, but there is a problem
when I launch the file it would not install office and it tells me the following

Command not supported

we'are sorry we can't continue becaseu we weren't able to download a required file. Please make sure you'are connected to the internet or connect to a different network, then try again.
I'm conncted to the internet and everything works just fine
tried playing with network settings, wifi, or lan, nothing works, always the same message
what could be the problem here?

btw, I tried contacting Parallels support and they told me to contact Microsoft how stupid is that

anyway if anyone got any ideas, why won't Microsoft office 2021 setup communicate over network via parallels I would appreciate it

I tried various combinations, wifi, lan, tried all the button in parallels setup, so internet works just fine, but setup wouldn't start, I'm out of ideas here

Try this --

• Step 1 - Shutdown the VM and your Mac. Restart the Mac and after it settles down (3 min?) restart the VM. Try to install Office 2021 If you still can't install, go to 2. (You've probably already done this but...)
• Step 2 - Create a second User under Windows 11. Logout of your existing User and Login to the new User. See if you can install Office 2021. If this doesn't work, go to 3.
• Step 3 - You may have to give up on Office 2021 and get a subscription to Office 365 Personal ($69.99/yr) to make this work. Once you have the subscription go through the install process.

actually I solved this by downloading offline installer from same microsoft source, but there is definitely some problem with networking in parallels and online office downloader, there is just no way how it can't work
