Problem with network adaptor

Hi, i am having problems with the network adapter on a Vista ultimate VM the host PC is XP. vista says that there is no network adapter installed. please help
 
I'm having the same problem. Anyone have a solution? Also why are there no tutorials available for problems like these??
 
found the solution. you need to install "parrallels tools" when windows in parrellels is open. it will install the network adapter for you.
 
Please make sure that Network adapter install properly in your host machine. If that have while install parallel automatically a extra network adapter will be instal automatically.
