Problem with repeating keys

We have a number of users in our office all running the latest version of Parallels and all using 10.6.8 as the guest OS. They're all experiencing the same issue, namely that occasionally keys will repeat. So for example they'll type a single s and they'll get sssssss. This really became a problem when someone accidentally sent several hundred pages to the color printer! o_O It's intermittent and random, only happens occasionally.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, were you able to fix it somehow?
 
Hello J,
1. Please go to Actions > Configure > Hardware > "Mouse" and "Keyboard" select "Optimize for games" from the drop-down.
If you already have "Optimize for games" selected then change it to Don't Optimize for games.
2. Then click on Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools - Which should fix this issue
 
I was contacted through email by Parallels support which noted that the problem is a bug that the developers are currently working to resolve. Thanks for the help!
