Problem with support Intel VT-x MAC

Hi there,

I want to use my Mac to use some Win apps and when I want to star Vm it shows me such a sentence:

his host does not support Intel VT-x,
This host does not support "Intel EPT" hardware assisted MMU virtualization.
Module 'CPUIDEarly' power on failed.

has anyone dealt with it?
