Problems after win 10 updates today

    I can no longer view Mac folders from windows or vice versa and sound is not working. I restarted windows 10 several times and my iMac once.
    Am using Parallels 11.1.3.
    Should I revert to a previous snapshot or try something else?
    Reinstall parallels tools?

    Update: reinstalling parallels tools fixed the problems.
