Problems After Windows Update

For the last several weeks, whenever I run a Windows update I receive the attached error. If I click to remove, my Office apps disappear and I am unable to reinstall using the Office installer, either the online or offline version. I go back to an earlier VM using Time Machine and things work until I try another update. Any thoughts?

I'm having similar issues after the parallels update. My personal Win11 instance stays frozen and is unusable. I've uninstalled parallels, and then reinstalled to no avail.
