Problems converting an old VM

I've copied an old Parallels virtual machine from my previous machine, but I get an error message (below). Can anyone help, please?

OK, so after more trawling of the Internets I managed to find the following solution which allowed me to port my Parallels 4 VM to Parallels 5 avoiding the error above:

Create a new VM: Parallels Desktop > File > New

Skip Detection

Select Operating System and Version: Windows XP (in my case)

Virtual Machine Type: Custom

CPU and Memory Options: (pick whatever)

Hard Disk Options: Existing image file

Existing Virtual Hard Disk: (pick your existing hard disk)
