Problems galore

Hi everyone,

I'm new to parallels, so I'm sorry in advance if everything has been answered.

I am having a good few problems, so I'll start from the top.

1. I can't copy and paste, or drag and drop.
2. I am yet to find a USB device that works, including flash drives.
3. There is no parallels tools center Icon.

For better service, please provide:
Parallels version
VM (Windows, XP, Vista, etc)
Boot camp or not
Hardware description (RAM, CPU)
Memory allocation to Parallels and to the VM
Did you attempt to install Parallels Tools?
 
What build of Parallels do you have? I'm guessing 1970. Download 3188 and your issues will be fixed.

Please refer to the tools link off this forum and you will be fine.
