Problems installing RAS RD Session Host Agent

Bit poster
This is a Virtual PC running an App locally we need to publish.
All other Host Agents installed without issue and apps work fine.
Cannot find anything on "error 31"

XXX: Copying RASInstaller-16.2.19170.msi...
XXX: Executing operation.
XXX: Checking installed services on NPS-BOSS.
XXX: MSI operation successful.
XXX: Remote role management failed with error 31.
 
@RandalV From the log, it could be that some role (e.g RDS) failed to install.
What is the OS of the "Virtual PC" that you are trying to install the RS Session host agent on?
