Problems starting virtual machine

Hello,
every time I started PD 4.0.3810 (under OSX 10.5.6) I get the following message:
"The virtual machine is not available". After I locate it manually, everything works well. If I close PD and start it again, there are no problem. But when I restart my Mac, the problem comes again.
Is there any solution?

Hello, marathon,

Please, create new virtual machine with existing Virtual Hard Disk as described in docs here:

You won't loose any data in it.
After that you can remove the old one from the list as advised here:

http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v4/docs/en/Parallels_Desktop_Users_Guide/27156.htm

Please, make sure, that you remove it from the list, but not delete permanently (see latter link, p.3).

I tried it out and actually functioned it. However I had to reactivate Windows again , but otherwise everything runs perfectly. Cordial thanks
