problems using digital certificate

Hello, could you share the screenshot of the issue please and collect the tech report once the issue reoccurs?

same trouble here. parallels dont show the A3 certificate (usb), but other files like .doc, .pdf, mp3 files works as usual via usb.

Same problema here with the M1 Max.

Tried verifying the services.mc on windows, everything seems okay and the certificate is set do propagate automatically, but it doesn't seems to be working.
