    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has seen this problem before.

    First some background,

My customer is running latest MAC OS X with an installation of Parallels 8. Within Parallels, I have installed Windows 7 Pro 64bit. They are using Office 365 (in particular SharePoint 2010) in conjunction with SharePoint Workspace 2010.

The customer authenticates to the SharePoint site and can sync contents without issue, using IE9 and IE10.

Essentially, when attempting to open a SharePoint folder using 'Open In Explorer' IE throws up an error "Your client does not support opening this list with Windows Explorer

I've tried the following as per all of the articles I've found,

Installed ALL required Windows Updates - machine up to date

Added Customers SP site to Trusted and Intranet Zones, worked with neither.

Ran IE 9 and IE 10 32 bit and 64 bit, still not working (evdience suggest the 'Open In Eplorer' does not work in IE 64bit)

Have checked WEBCLIENT service is running on the local machine

Checked SharePoint settings as follows. Central Admin site -> Manage Web Applications -> select the web application in which those two problematic document libraries reside -> click User Permissions on the ribbon -> ensure that the permissions Use Remote Interfaces & Use Client Integration Features are enabled.

Does anybody have any other ideas as I'm at a loss!!!

    Regards

    Nick
