problems with Hancom office 2014 from Hancom.

I am using Windows 10 on parallels and installed hancom Office l2014 from Hancom. What happens is that
when I try to save a file. A backslash is put in front of the file name some how and then the program says
The hancom office cannot save the file since it has this character which is exceptional.

Is there a way around this? I will appreciate a help very much.
 
Hi @suhyoungc , did you try saving the file with a different name without special characters and a different location and check? Please help us with the screen shots. We will check and assist you further.
