Problems with Internet Explorer

I'm running Parallels 2.x for Mac on an iMac with W2K as the guest o/s. I'm currently using IE5, which used to connect to the internet but now doesn't. I can access my local network from the guest o/s (using ping and opening files on networked computers), and the internet from mac o/s. Any ideas how to fix this?
 
ae you using shared or bridged netwrking for the VM?

try Firefox too
if it does the same you have a networking configuration error
not a browser problem
