Problems with istalling of Web Portal

Hi!
Have problems when install latest version of Web Portal
Looks like this

I had installed the previous version and all works perfetctly but on client machine i can't lunch apps. It appear a dialog box witch ask me to save o run the app.Trying to run i'm getting an error "Any app is not set" or some like this.

what OS language are you trying to install this on?

i'm using win2k3 russian intagrated language pack

Hello,
You need to set non-Unicode language in the system to Russian.
