Problems with licence key for Parallels 8

Have purchased licence key for parallels 10 because it was impossible to buy a key for 8 version on official site. Tried to use it on 8 version, but without result. How can I exchange a licence key for Parallels 10 to Parallels 8?

Its not possible to exchange a license key from version 10 to 8. However please let us know the issue that you are facing with Parallels Desktop 10 on your Mac and we will be glad to assist you with it.
