Problems with Parallels Mobile Server

I have parallels installed on 2 Macs and yesterday both of them would not let me login to the parallels mobile server on the preferences page. It kept saying its busy. When I tried to login with the mobile device it kept saying limits exhausted on both my ipad and iphone.

Earlier today (about 3 hours ago it was all working) now it is all broken again on 2 macs, an iphone and an ipad. None of them can login again.
