Problems with Windows Start Menu and open Windows apps appearing as small windows in screen

Hi, I have two problems with Parallels 13 and Windows 10 which are driving me mad, I never had these with previous builds and have looked for solutions which have not resolved the issue.
The first is in Coherence mode the Windows Start Menu in my Dock refuses to open the Start Menu, therefore I keep having to exit of of coherence to access it. I followed another threads suggestion of running CFMON but it still comes up with the same issue.
The second problem is when I am using a couple of Windows program often any open windows programs will suddenly shrink to small windows in the middle of the screen, it seems to do it for no apparent reason and I cant see any solutions.
