Product Key has been Blacklisted

I have been using Parallels for a few months and then all of a sudden today when I opened parallels it required me to put in my product key, which i did, and then it told me my product key has been blacklisted. Why is this? I have work that needs to get done and need access to parallels!!!

Hello ChrisP8, going through our records, I could see that you have requested for the refund from your bank for Parallels Desktop 12 purchase. If you want to use Parallels Desktop 12 once again, please purchase it from our website.
