In March 2015, I installed Parallels Desktop 10 with a 8.1 version of Windows.
For some reason, my virtual machine wasn't working anymore. So I thought I would reinstall it.
Now I have to activate my version of Windows but the "product key has exceeded its unlock limit.
I suppose Windows thinks that I'm already using it but I can't understand why I couldn't use it on the same machine another time.
Can someone please help me get through this ?
