My daughter installed desktop 11 then uninstalled it and windows to gain more space on the computer. now some time later when she went to reinstall it there is an error message being invalid key when trying to enter key to install. please help.
Hi waynev1, Make sure you have downloaded Parallels Desktop 11 or 12. If you have downloaded Parallels Desktop 12 then version 11 key will not work. Use this link to download version 11.
