Product registered to another user account

Hi, I can not register my copy of Parallels for Mac as it comes up with an error saying that it has already been registered by another user. The software was new from the box. Also, I can not seem to be able to create a support request as there are no options to choose from at stage 2. Help would be appreciated.

If someone has similar problem, please create a free support request to customer service:

You will be prompted to log into your account if you were not logged in previously.

Please select 'Customer Service and Licensing' category from the first drop-down list. Then select 'Parallels Desktop' as a product and 'Registration' as a category.
