Provide Accurate Product Install Instructions

    The Install Instructions provided to install Windows 7 Upgrade do not work.
    I purchased Parallels 7 Upgrade and a Windows 7 Upgrade from the Parallels website. I followed the instructions that were listed on my receipt (which identifies my purchase as an upgrade). Those instructions provide only one link to installing Windows 7. I followed that link and performed all the steps to install Windows 7. When that did not work, I began the Tech Web-Assist process. Which also did not work.

    After troubleshooting with the Tech Assist people for 4 days we discover that the instructions do not apply to my purchase and the Web-Assist technical experts did not know what product I was installing. The instructions and technical assistance were not for Windows 7 Upgrade software.

    I am thankful that the Technical Web-Assist people were finally able to discover the cause of the problem. The cause being Parallels Product Service providing the wrong instructions and Parallels Customer Service providing the wrong product purchased information to the Tech Assist people.

    I recommend you fix these two problems.
