publish to web option gone

hi all,
since i upgraded the server to version 6 from 5.1 (i think it was 5.1) i have lost the option to publish the applications to a web site.
the server is unlicensed and registered, but the point is it was working fine before i upgraded. now the option isnt even there...

has the method of doing this changed and in a different menu or something?
 
ok update... ive read that version 6 has a dynamic web portal.

no where in the manual does it say how to set this up! what is the URL to access it? it isnt localhost:81 because ive tried connecting to the server on port 81 and it doesnt work. Im running IIS on the server anyway so i dont want 2X to run its own web server.

If the dynamic web portal is a set of ASP pages that run on IIS that would be good, but accessing them is a mystery at this point in time.
