Published app - Failed to get app information

Hello,


Since this morning all of my clients have this error message when trying to access published applications :
"Failed to get application information, 2X application server might not be running"

There had not any change in the 2x server configuration or the clients configurations, i looked at the 2x services and they are running, the terminal servers are running smoothly too.
The clients that are already using a published app can work as usual but as soon as you close the app it's impossible to launch it anymore. I have 5 published applications and the problem affect all of them


I'm struggling with it for a few hours and i'm out of idea, have anyone have encoutered this same problem ?


My setup :
Server : 10.0 (Build 1162) running on Windows 2008 R2
Client : 6.1.7600 running on Windows 7 32b or 64b

Id start by confirming that all services are running as expected first. Confirm that the publishing agent is up and running.

Also, if you are running v10 of application server, try the v10 client as well as that is what 2x recommend
