We have 2xAppServer on TS2000 publishing one application. All users on all workstations function BUT one user whose published application hangs after logging on. This leads me to believe there's some issue on the server side though I cannot fathom what it might be (new to 2X). Can anyone help? Regards Piloo
same here I am experiencing the same things. When someone opens outlook and opens a word attachment and edits it and tries to save it. its locks up.
Make sure that this client is using the latest client. Uninstall the current client and install the latest client : http://downloads.2x.com/applicationserv ... lient3.msi Similar issues were noticed with older clients, though with the latest client these issues were resolved.
I've tired to regenerate this issue with the latest client and server but it works fine. I suggest to check whether the memshell.exe located in (C:\WINDOWS\system32) is version 4.0.89.0 [server side] If the memshell.exe is this version mentioned above could you please send me the version of MS office that you are using.
