Published app hangs for just one user

We have 2xAppServer on TS2000 publishing one application. All users on all workstations function BUT one user whose published application hangs after logging on.

This leads me to believe there's some issue on the server side though I cannot fathom what it might be (new to 2X). Can anyone help?

I am experiencing the same things. When someone opens outlook and opens a word attachment and edits it and tries to save it. its locks up.
 
I've tired to regenerate this issue with the latest client and server but it works fine.

I suggest to check whether the memshell.exe located in (C:\WINDOWS\system32) is version 4.0.89.0 [server side]

If the memshell.exe is this version mentioned above could you please send me the version of MS office that you are using.
 
Version Number

Both servers 4085. We are using Office 2003, with the latest patches.
