Published Application and Multiple Monitors

Recently I deployed a published application to a new client with our software and the user has 5 monitors, the published application seems to just open up off screen and I can't get it to move without disconnecting one of the monitors. I'm aware of the 'primary' monitor only but the client is very against that, so I'm not sure if this is just a known behavior for Parallels published applications and multiple monitors. I've also tried the dynamic resize but doesn't seem to make a difference, also I don't have any display policies set so nothing is restricting on the client side. Client side is running 19.3 on Windows 11 and server side is Server 2022. Any tips or tricks are appreciated!
 
If an application is opening offscreen, then it must be remembering some previous coordinates.
If this issue happens with other applications in your environment, I suggest to file an issue with Parallels Support.
If this issue happens only with _this_ application, then it might be application specific.
Out of curiosity, what is the application in question?
