Published apps

I am running 2X Windows client version 9.

The clients can connect to the gateway, but the published resources are not being listed for the user. No published apps are shown.

On a v10 client it works just fine.
 
If it is working for the same user on a more recent version, I would check the Published Items listing tab under the connection pane. Ensure that the options set there do not restrict older clients from accessing published items.

As a general recommendation running the same client version as your 2X ApplicationServer XG server is advised.
